I was hanging at Genesis Firearms and saw this. They have a 41 Bisley as well.

I've got a question. Was the white fill-in of the markings from the factory? The reason I ask is, my Bicentennial Single Six has the white but my Bicentennial 357 doesn't & looks like it never has. Both of them came from one of the Tulsa gun shows, Wannamaker or Metcalf back in the mid 2000s. Maybe one from each I just don't remember. I do know it wasn't both at the same time, I had a one gun per show limit at that time. ;) :D

back then there was a product by Bonanza, and they offered different colors of 'fill". any of these can be easily removed with acetone ( fingernail polish remover and a stiff bristle brush)....some of us like it , as to 'highlight" notable rollmarkings....... ;)

so to answer your question, it is NOT factory but done aftermarket.......

I saw a Bicentennial .357 at a local show last weekend… no box though. I already have an unfired .357/9mm convertible from 1980 so I passed.
