An impressive plate

This guy builds a level 4+ armor plate that stops a 50bmg API at 50 yards with minimal backface deformation. The final product is in the last 10 minutes or so.

Even though the plate will stop 50 BMG AP, you, the human will definitely go flying backwards with multiple broken ribs and sternum, and most likely a stopped heart.
So yeah, sounds painful.
