Tell me if it is just this one but Mic'ing the Cylinder and Bore This is what I get:

45 Acp Cylinder .440 .443 .445 .443 .449 .447

45 Colt all in .451-.452 range

Bore is at .449

Are you certain your measurements are accurate?

Plug Gauges are the best for measuring "holes".

If your ACP cylinder is that inconsistent then a "reamer" is in order...

Thanks for chiming in!! A Gunsmith and Reloader both with Digital Micrometers. The cylinders are not my worrys,it's the BORE! I will do the Plug Gauge if one of my collegues have one. I think I remember my reloader saying something about Bee's Wax??
