A friend stop today

I spend countless hours hunting waiting on a chance on a buck like this. Only to find him in my backyard where hunting of any sort is not allowed. He is still great to watch and dream about .

That is a good for sure. They know where they are safe. I think I will go set the blind out today so I can spend some hours out there late season waiting on a bigun.

Yep having huge bucks in my yard all the time, major distraction. Every time I look out and there is a big 5x5 or bigger muley standing right by the house I am just amazed. Here of late, I see them every day, starting to be the norm around here. I was out removing snow off my Jeep and looked up and 10yds from me was four does and a real nice non-typical buck with all kinds of sticker points on him standing there watching me.
The hardest thing about living here is having a fat young pile of fajita meat standing on the front porch looking in the window with a forelorn "please eat me" look on it's face.

If anything like that showed up in my yard, Y'all would see pics of him after he was permanently invited to be dinner. If you live in a place where the discharge of a firearm is illegal, I'd invest in a crossbow or a regular bow. If you live in a place where any form of hunting isn't allowed, I'd have to move for fear of being tempted to break the law!
