Working on the Tulsa Display today

At the risk of posting too much and reaching my "Free" limit of posts I had to share Taryn's latest project for our Tulsa Display this year. For those of you that get to see it in person please act like you are seeing it for the first time in Tulsa.

We both agreed on our favorite version but curious for everyone else's opinion. Also interested in any other ideas for the backing as we are not set on the one we settled on this morning. We did try a green backing, and it was so bad I didn't even take a picture.

I like the red backing, the lighter colors don’t make the grips “pop” like the red does.

I prefer the red - it makes the grips leap off the display. But I appreciate your decision to use the brown paper - mimicking the original packaging for guns purchased long ago.

I like the red. I did my grip display with a red background (trying to emulate the red barn look) - You and the wife do great work. I enjoy the pictures and your posts.

Hi, Red looks very nice. How about a burgundy, cranberry, or maroon? That black grip makes other choices tough. Have a great time and display!

All very nice, but I prefer the red. The others sorta diminish the impact of the panels themselves. JMHO

The alternate colors from post #14 might work as well.
