A Couple of Things.............

Considering adding grips with the Crimson Trace laser sight to my SR1911 Commander, if I do I'll probably opt for the rubber grips vs. the Cocobolo wood, can't justify the increased price. Anyone have these grips on their 1911?
2nd thing, will the SR1911 fire a round in the chamber with the magazine removed?

I prefer the CT grips in rubber.

Try dry firing.
Will it go click with the magazine out?
