9mm headstamps

On a cold and rainy day, I spent some time sorting through the 9mm brass I collected at our range. The following is a list of some of the less common ones I didn't recognize.

RWS, WMA, ZERO, *I*, BHA, PPU, HP, TOP BRASS, PERFECTA, AMMOLOAD, NPA, POF, LEW, A USA, RAI, FM

Anyone ever shoot any of this stuff?

RWS is the German GECO brand I believe.
BHA = Black Hills Ammo
PPU is Prvi Partizan
Perfecta is Fiocchi's American branding
Ammoload I don't know where it comes from, but some of it has a shelf in the case and is not reloadable
A USA I think is Armscor, perhaps of US vs Phillippine manufacture

I don't bother to do anything by headstamp for 9mm, just remove damaged and the cases with shelves during cleaning.

RWS is not GECO. RWS is/was part of Dynamit/Nobel, and a separate brand. All the GECO ammo I have seen was headstamped GECO.

RWS and Geco are both brands offered by the parent company RUAG, which is Swiss. At least, that is what both websites currently state. So for practical purposes, the new production ammo from either is likely the same.

Dont load cases with the shelf (step) inside with a standard load as there is no way to
Account for the reduction in volume and test for presures. Out of the last 4K I loaded, I found three and scrapped them. Stay safe!

*I* is Independence Ammo I believe. Cheap range ammo. Smokey at best.

I used to buy brass by the flatrate boxfull. I'd "let" the Grandkids sort it into cans and buckets by headstamp. Any brands with less than a coffee cup full,I'd check for rarities and then give it to the kids to play with. Came up with several real odd ducks but gave them away to an aspiring "case collector"(kid up the road whose Dad was a straight line 22, 30/30, 12 gauge kind of guy).
