77 hawkeye Compact - matte finish?

Did they make these with a matte blue/black finish? Saw one from 2009 with matte finish and I can't tell if it was factory finish or someone maybe cerakoted or re-finished?

They are matte finished. I have 2 of them. .308 with laminate stock and a 7.62x39 with walnut stock.

I have two one gloss blue & walnut the other is matte blue & laminated.
