Assuming it's a 4" or a 4.2" .45 LC Redhawk, in very nice, well maintained condition and hasn't been altered I would say somewhere in the $600 range would be a guaranteed sale. Is it an "older" model with the pinned extractor or one of the newest ones?
I got my early production used but hardly fired 4.2" .44 Mag Redhawk for about $550 and people thought I got a steal.
The fact that these are very hard to find new OR used may add some to the price, and also regional price differences are a factor. A state that has open carry where someone may want a handy, rugged big bore DA may find a buyer more quickly than say, somewhere like NJ where you can hardly buy a gun anymore
IMO the .45 LC 4.2" Redhawks have more "interest" than the .44's, since the .45's seem less common and a lot of people seem to want them.
