Does Ruger manufacture their magazines or contract it done? Is there anything different about their magazines, or will they fit any 1911 10MM? Thanks.

Mec-Gar makes several Ruger magazines, not sure about all of them. My 10mm Colt and 10mm Ruger magazines interchange without any problems.

Feel like I’m resurrecting the dead here.
I’ve had very good service from Metalform welded base mags. I believe I’ve got 6 of them now. I added bumpers to them as I got to pinching my hand when smacking them in.
Feeding a Kimber for what that may be worth.
