The D&T under the bbl makes me think a bullseye gun. Extra mass for stability and muzzle flip.

I believe you'll find that the model 00139 is a MK4B. The MK4BL is a model 00138 according to Ruger's lookup.
They have a habit of multiplying. The stainless one is a FrankenRuger. 2 are MK4BL's and the 4th is a MK4B

I really like the grips on the bottom right pistol. I have a pair very similar on one of my MKII Target pistols only mine are checkered. They are good looking and very comfortable.

I have a 3 inch made on a Navy contract from LipseyThese are the only two 4" barrel MKII Lipsey's models that I am aware of.
I would like to see a picture of that. The 4 inch bull barrel balances perfectly. How does the 3 inch feel?
A picture or two and any documentation you have would be MUCH appreciated. Also, what does a serial number lookup on Ruger's web site reveal?

On GB they bring $650 - $750. Depending on how bad two people want it.
I bet it cycles a whole lot better after that gunk was cleaned out of there.
Yeah, but it cycled good before too.

These 4" MKII's are really neat. Here is mine, I felt like I hit the lottery when it showed up at my LGS in the used case. Then in one of those moments we all live for I found the matching Left hand smooth thumb rest grips on clearance at shopruger. So I have the complete set.
