Here's what I've done to my Super Wrangler by installing some "stainless" parts from a Single Six and YES they do fit and work, along with other accessories.
ERH
Grip Frame screws -- had to change from factory hex screws to slotted that the SS uses.
Base Pin
Latch Screw and Nut -- this is the push pin that releases the Base Pin for cylinder removal (can't think what it's really called)
Hammer and Trigger Pins

Arizona Magna-Tusk Ivory grips with "red" Ruger medallion that I found in a local pawn shop by luck.
Wolff Springs. 19# hammer and 30oz trigger.
Don't know if I made a "Pinto Model", but it sure looks pretty.
