Back ground: as you probably know Ruger made an alloy frame version of the the Single Six called Lightweights. And like the SS they had the same rear sight in a dovetail slot in the top strap that could be tapped back and forth to adjust for windage. But the alloy frame top strap required a set screw so the sight would not lose adjustment in the soft alloy. The Allen head set screw is located at the bottom of the dovetail in the top strap accessible with the cylinder removed. The set screw is loosened, the sight is "drifted" in the slot to adjust windage, then the set screw is tightened.
I don't have a Wrangler and wrongly assumed they had the same sight in the top strap and asked about a set screw because of their alloy frame., but they only have a sight groove like the Vaqueros.

There are 3 basic Lightweight Old Models, all with windage adjustable only rear sight:
--Top left is the 3rd and last model, alloy frame with steel cylinder, all blue.
--Not shown, the 2nd model all blue, blue alloy frame with blue alloy cyl,
--Next one down on the left is the 1st model known as the tri-color, clear anodized alloy frame and brown Martin hard-coated alloy cylinder for strength, blued barrel and blue anodized grip frame.
--The rest are all standard steel framed old models with windage adjustable only rear sight, except the NM Super Single Six with fully adjustable rear sight, lower right.
