I think not… I think the SP101 would still be a slightly smaller frame size.
So in terms of size smallest to large …the SP101 six series then GP100?If an Sp had 6 rounds it would be a GP 100, the sp has a small frame.
Yes, I think it would be SP101 six shot, Six series, GP100, Redhawk, Super Redhawk.
Wasn’t aware of .327 in 6 shot configuration as I primarily shoot .38/357. Thanks for the info

Yes, they make a real man’s revolver that is bigger than the GP series. Get your hands on a 6-shot Redhawk.

SP101, GP100, and Security Six.
I believe Colt had a 6 shot revolver that was SP 101 sized, but it was only .38special.

Colt made two .38 Specials that were 6 shots. Only difference between them was the frame material. The Detective Specials are steel frame and the Cobras were alloy frame.

The SP101 in .32 H&R magnum holds 6 rounds. I enjoy mine.

No the last one is a Security Six. I went back and edited my original post to identify them.

They made three, you left out the Colt Agent which had a smaller grip. All good guns. I think I have owned them all at one time or another. And one had a shield to protect the hammer sort of like the S&W Model 49.
