Galloway SS 20# guide rod/spring

Hey all, just installed the 20# Galloway Precision, SS guide rod/spring assembly in my SR9. The standard for the "9" is 18#. The new assembly is made for the .40, but fits perfectly in my SR9. I did this because the slide would ocaissionally fail to go into battery with JHP only... this completely resolved that problem. Now, even with the sometimes finiky JHP's, going into battery is quick and smooth. Thanks Criss and Eric, nice work and look forward to more SR series mods.

Try firing some standard loads and see how the slide cycles.
