After a few days of fairly intense work, I had some empty time this afternoon. Since I had just received a re-supply of my muffled 22/45's favorite fodder, I thought it would be nice to freshen up the ammo in the magazine. I hadn't shot the pistol at longer distance for months so it took 3 shots to get on the 8" gong set at 65 yards(I was holding too high at first). After getting the elevation, five of the remaining 6 shots were PFFFT clink, PFFFT clink-you get the idea.
There is no way a shooter can't love that. Who needs a rifle if you have a pistol like that?
I was using the muffler held along side a fence post for support and the red dot makes holding on the target not hard at all. Zombies don't have a chance.
Last week, I found some 6" cut-outs that had been lost for a couple of years and those are scheduled to become rimfire swingers soon. I figure 6" is a more realistic Zombie head size than 8".
