Ya know I've been wanting those sights for months, and I recently made up my mind- instead of $100 for the xs (I wanted their BigDots) I'm gonna add a few bucks to it and get the rear-sight laser. When I really got to the serious part, layin' down the bucks, I just couldn't do it. I know ya need regular sights, too, but with the 3-dots and the laser..never mind, rambling now.

Almost, the front sight has a Trijicon Tritium tube in it that will glow for 5 years before it starts to weaken. I have these on my LC9 and like the option of being able to see my front sight without becoming a target in the dark.
