Anybody here have a .252-.2525 reamer that they would like to sell? 8)
Excellent! I hope it works well for your application. I've used that supplier for 30+ years, both individually and industrially.5of7 said:The reamer is ordered....thanks. 8)
Chuck 100 yd said:McMaster is a great company. You must take great care when using an unpiloted reamer to keep the throats round. I believe I would make a guide sleeve out of a fired case to keep the reamer centered. You want to ream from the rear as you know.
I have one of the Brownells .452 reamer sets and the pilots are a great help but it is still possible to get an egg shaped throat if you dont keep the reamers shank centered in the chamber area. Keep plenty of cutting oil on it. Brownells Do-drill is the one I use.
