The ejector pin in my newly acquired blue OM 41 mag. is seriously bent.

Anyone have one laying around that they do not need any longer?

If I read this right, you need the ejector ROD.
If so, you can use a NM rod, as both have the similar button. The rod itself may be shaped differently, but it'll work.
Without digging out my OM 41's, I believe the OM rods were round & flat ended.

wapiti22 those ejector rods can be restraightened pretty easily enough, take you time,,,,,,,,got any pictures you can send or show us.............or send me an e-mail or the rod and I'll straighten it for you..........
as noted yes, the newer ones can and will work....they got close to the edge when they were used in the 30 carbines or even the 357 mag,,,,,,,,,a few different versions over the years, flat, wedge ( angled) and of course 'round'.......................
and if you meant the cylinder, base pin, that too can be straightened, refit..........

It is the ejector rod, the part that pushes the fired cartridge out. I've tried straightening without much luck, it binds on the spring. This is the half-round, half flat style. I discovered it when I took the housing off the barrel as I have not fired the gun since acquiring it 2 weeks ago.

Ah!
Not enough coffee this morning!

Well, it appears you can get a new one, cheap, from MidwayUSA if your gun is blue - they show out of stock if you actually want a stainless steel one...

I don't have a spare one myself to sell you, sorry.

Ok, if you want an OM original, we now know which one to look for. But, as I noted, a NM one will work until a "proper" one can be found.
