While I have not seen or examined any Wiley Clapp variation of GP100 or SP101, photographs appear to show the rear sights as screwed in place and, perhaps, slightly windage adjustable.
1. Are top straps onto which rear sights are screwed standard fixed sight GP100s and SP101s that have had slight machining to allow the sights to fit?
2. If these rear sights are adjustable in any way, as best you can, describe how much adjustment is available.
3. Does Ruger retrofit these sights to fixed sighted GPs and SPs shipped to the factory by owners?
