I had a few errands to run this morning after coffee with my old friend Charles. Had to stop at Office Depot then Target.
As I was checking out at Office Depot the lady in front of me kept giving me the once over. Finally she said, "Excuse me. But you bear a striking resemblance to Hal Holbrook."
Since he is dead, I wasn't quite sure how to take that.
Then on to Target. Now that store is like being in the midst of thick woods, so I had to ask for what I was looking for. A very young black man sort of stared at me, the said I looked like Stan Lee.
Noted he, too, is dead.
Hopefully, I'll look better tomorrow.
