Is this to which you are referring?

A buddy of mine has a Sig P220 he runs .45 super in. It's one of the few guns on the market the general consensus says is proven with the upgrade. The only thing he changed was adding a heavier Wolff recoil spring.

I have not added this upgrade to my P220 SL yet, but they now make a 10mm in this platform as a factory option, so I know it's safe.
