How in the heck was he going to get on 'the ground' any other way? And I'm trying to figure out why the cop was pointed a gun at a guy who obviously was no longer a threat... hanging on to the edge of the bridge with both hands, actually by his fingers?

The funny part was in the video when the cop asked the guy, "what hurts?"... I actually answered out loud before the guy did... "Everything!"... I've been there.
