Just got called that I cleared the background check. Pick it up tomorrow and install Wolf Bros. springs, a new cylinder pin and stag grips!
Here it is!

Keith #5 base pin, Wolff springs going in tomorrow or Monday. El Paso Saddlery rig, shown with Randall #8.

Ordered some Underwood 135 defense loads with LeHigh bullets. Still have my OM Blackhawk for the REALLY nasty beasties here in the PNW!

Like Gold, Silver, good investment. Match bullets, powder, primers, same thing, good investments, never loose your money on them, and it's been that way for 70 years I know of!

Ya gas at 19 cents when wages were 3 dollars an hour, personally better off today than I was 20 30 even 40 years ago.

As Fer cars, trucks, Suv's, boats, bikes, they have always been bad investments, but people buy em an brag about em, knowing they loose Moore and more money on em every day!

It seems prices have really escalated in the last 4-5 years. I have a few guns (pistols, rifles, or shotguns) that I would still like to get but even the most modestly priced ones are pushing the $1000 limit. Ouch!

There's opportunities out there, I got in on an estate of a serious gun collector. The first round only had a few guns and I acquired a ANIB 10/22 high polished ss international. Then second round I got a 10/22 Charger. Third round was just guns and accessories, and I made the trip to the preview because I've never seen that many 3 screw Rugers in 1 place at 1 time. 7 day online auction and the last 24 hours was insane, I had to focus on my preferences of short barrels and try to aquire a couple of 3 screws. I wound up with his other charger and 8 more Rugers. 6 were 3 screws models. The ss birds head 45 colt/45 acp was 1 I really wanted. And I got them at fair prices.

In the 90s I had a number of Blackhawks. Wish I'd have kept them. I am now repurchasing when I find a deal. They are now keepers. In 1996 I straight traded a gen 2 Glock 22 for a 5 1/2" Redhawk. Still have that one. The price of those has gone up. Not so with the Glock.
