The serial number makes it a 1959 single six (not a convertible). RENE says about $425.00 in good shape.

Sounds like it has been converted. To some this will affect the value. Parts are available to return it to original action, but do cost a bit.

It's missing the original grips, and if it has "new" internals,, then it may have the safety transfer bar system. If so,, the value decreases. The pics, to me, appear as if it has not been reblued, and shows wear.
Even in very good shape,, I'd only allow about $225-$250 for it. The parts to return the internals to original are about $75-$100, and the grips will cost $50-$100 depending,,,!
