I have a OM .41 Blackhawk that I had Ruger fit with a Old Army, I think, blued steel grip frame. I would like some stag grips. I assume that if I buy grips for an Old Army they will fit? Does anybody make or sell them?

I recently had this set made for my Bisley by Patrick Grashorn. http://www.grashornsgunworks.com/ Excellent guy to deal with. As soon as I scratch together a little mad money I will be sending him another one to do. Good luck in your search.

Nice thing about the grips being made "custom" would be the fit, I've had Cary make us some grips and the fit is always "great"....alas, the trouble with som mnay of these newer grips 9say elk) they are less dense, more porous, and lesser amounts of "bark" on them, many people like the older, heavier denser, sanbar stag grips , and even those today are of a lighter color, not like the "older" more yellow grips of the Colts and early Rugers.... the Ajax grip Co. made some , I think the size or number style is a #31 fits the XR-3 RED, same went for the Eagle grips, and the stags are heavier, denser, and fit fairly well across the board...you frame is pretty basis ,cut and dry ,many of the NEW frames after the vaqueros, the sizes run all over the place, so you gotta "try 'em on" for proper fit....thus I want to SEE them first, on a gun.............good luck
Last pair of Ajax stags we sold went for $125 'used' and the last "retail price" we saw from Ajax was in the $250-275 range, getting pricy.............

I've had Patrick make me about a dozen grips for everything from a 1911 to a Python. Here's my 44 Lipsey:

My wife's Vaqueros for SASS:

If you are willing to wait, Patrick sometimes gets bighorn horns in to make sheep horn grips. I have 2 pairs and the last ones took over a year to get:

Your OM 41 original alloy grip frame is a # XR3-RED and the Old army steel grip frame is the same size. So you can order grips by either gun.
