I'm watching "Wentworth" on Netflix. It's actually a pretty good series. They don't actually say it but I presume it's shot in Australia since they all have somewhat of an accent. It's women's prison.

But the funniest thing so far is when one of the inmates stole a 12" adjustable wrench, aka Crescent wrench from a workman in the prison. When ever they talked about it, it was a "shifting spanner". Australia is a weird place with it's animals and language.

Mate (friend), I was stopped on the bitumen (asphalt) with the bonnet (hood) open and cooking me (my) dinner on the dirt guard (fender) of me ute (car) when a road train (semi truck & trailer) passed by driving on the left side of the bitumen. Crazy place place for sure.

Your right, it's called a SUV here. I used car as a broad term for a passenger vehicle. At least to get my computer turned on, I use the on/off button not the "enable" button like they do down under.
