Dennis Wood of Sarona gunworks passed away November 28 ! He was an expert on Ruger Mark I, MKII & MKIII pistols . His knowledge will be missed by all of us !

Sad news........he seemed like a pretty good ol' boy to me.
I called Dennis a couple of years ago about doing some work on a MKI for me and we ended up chatting on the phone for darn near an hour about everything under the sun.......when I received my gun back as opposed to emailing him I called to give him a atta boy on the phone and we spent another 45 minutes or so shooting the breeze.

Sincere condolences to his family. He’ll be missed.
RIP. That's too bad. I know he posted a lot over on rimfirecentral. He did seem very knowledgeable.
