Received a filter set for my under sink filtration unit (kitchen) and it had a broken
part (yawn). Returned it asking for a replacement (another yawn). In the replacement
process, Amazon recommends letting UPS package it. :shock: HEY, fine with me!
Went to drop it off yesterday and the UPS store was VERY busy. I commented that
I only needed to drop it off, yet was going to have to wait quite a while and one lady
said to put mine on top of hers and she would drop it off for me. HEY, NEAT!!
Well I have been watching the return online and as of a few minutes ago, it STILL
didn't show as received (OH BLEEP). Well . . . . turns out that when you let UPS
package it, it enters their system at a different point (easiest way to say it) and the
package does NOT show up on "normal tracking". :shock: OOPS.
Went to the online "Contact Us" for Amazon and in a few minutes had the answer
I was hoping for, that it had in fact been received and was in transit.
I think from now on, I'm going to rely on the other process (I package it) because
you get a receipt as you drop it off and it is reflected in the return within minutes.
(even if I would have had to get my mask from the car and wait).

Good outcome, but since the parts are $65 I was needlessly a bit concerned. 8)
