Bisley 45

Has anyone tried these? I have a stainles bisley 45, that I was thinking about trying them in. Could it hurt the barrel?

David Tubb is well known for his winning at rifle shooting. He has walked the walk,, so he can talk the talk.
He has also built a business out of the things he used to win matches with.
I didn't know he was offering lapping bullets for pistols,, but it doesn't surprise me.
Will it work,,,,??? Well, how bad is your gun shooting. Sometimes firelapping helps a lot,, and other times,, (as noted above) the improvement isn't as noticable.

I also agree, David has been there winning the NRA National Highpower Championships 11 times. Wasn’t aware he had the pistol stuff either. You won’t know about fire lapping until you try it. I would suggest you shoot groups at maximum distances before and after you go through the lapping process (assuming you decide to) to demonstrate the performance change. You can always call Tubb. Great guy and easy to talk to.

I would only do it on a barrel with problems.
IMHO I'm not sure why anyone would want to fire bullets coated with an abrasive thru a perfectly good barrel. But that's just me.
