TONS of misfires with my Talo MKIII

It's always shot well for me. But the past two times I've taken er' out, OVER HALF of my rounds were misfires. It's the same ammo I've primarily had no problems with in the past. Upon inspecting the misfired rounds, some seemed "normal" and some barely even had a nick on the rim of the casing. The gun is only a couple years old and had ~3000 rounds through it.

have you ever taken the bolt apart? that would be the first thing i would do and check the firing pin and clean everything. good luck.

So the gun has shot well for you in the past and is just "all of a sudden" starting to misfire? Light firing pin strikes? Is the breech face damaged somehow? I'd also take a look at the bolt. Perhaps inspect the magazines closely make sure they aren't bent or bulged anywhere.

Last time it was actually taken down and cleaned?

Could be as easy as a good cleaning.
