O M G !!!!

That is HILARIOUS!

That cat is the spitting image of my dear Girl Violet, who we lost at age 17 just 6 weeks ago.

I can just see Violet plotting, planning and studying up on killing crafts. She was quite the dedicated stalker/huntress!

Thanks so much for that fun image. We still miss the little stinker....a lot!

I couldn't resist VQ! We have a grey girl like this one... We are immersed in cats here at the sanctuary, so we found the humor in this immediately!

17 years! Good run for a kitty! Losing them just never gets any easier... Thought about giving another homeless animal a dream come true? ;)

Rugerhound,

I have thought of bringing another critter home, but it is a bit early for me. Just now am enjoying the company of my 13 yo Standard Poodle, Iris. She has finally quit running around the house looking for Violet when she thinks she hears kitty noises. It was hard on her too as she has never know life without Violet.

We are both doing well and maybe we will add a new kid someday.

Thanks again for posting that picture, it is priceless. Cathy

Yeah, we lost our little calico cat on our trip last Winter. She just got sick and the vets couldn't save her. Got home and I thought we'd probably take a break from pets for a while, but no, the wife found this black and white nearly grown kitten. We named her Oreo cause she's black on both ends and white in the middle and now she has become the houses cat in charge just like the calico. Actually, she's a riot.

When we had a walking horse barn, we always had a couple of cats around. The last one, who came with us to Caney Lake was a grey just like that very literate cat pictured. He died four years ago after living to the ripe old age of 16.

When we moved to Caney Lake we thought we could finally have and keep a couple of dogs as well. The only thing stolen around here is dogs, lost two.
