Three months later, I bought this flatbolt

I was traveling 300 miles from home in Tidewater Virginia, (Wakefield) when I spotted this flatbolt in .243 caliber for sale about 3 months ago. I didn't have the funds( $399) so had to pass on it. I went back on business yesterday and it was still there so I brought it home. It had been on layaway, but the buyer changed his mind and they but it back on the rack a few days ago. It is a second year production (1969) and is in excellent condition. I feel lucky to have had a second chance to buy it. Thanks for looking.

Nice Flatbolt, with straight stock contour under the ejector area. Is it a non-prefix or 70 pre-fix? Looks to be in very nice condition, I think I would have to buy that for $399.
