threaded 77/22 replacement barrel

I am getting a couple of suppressors and one of the guns that will see a bit of use is my stainless boat paddle 77/22. I could have the barrel cut back to 16 inches and threaded but am wondering if there are any good replacement barrels that come threaded.

I want to keep the factory contour (not bull) to keep the weight down once the suppressor is added. I know Beyer makes one but haven't seen any others. What are my options?

I have several spare barrels for 10/22 and one each for 77/22 and 77/17HMR. Lots of barrels on the internet auction sites.
