Thread Watched?

I've noticed someone is "watching" a for sale post of mine. Coupla questions:
1) How does one do a "watch"..?
2) Where does that little bell come from?
3) Any other useful info on "watching" ?

Upper right above the blue line ….. you should see a check box, Ignore Thread, Jump to New and WATCH

See it, but not sure I understand it. If I simply click and view a post, does that become a "watched" post for me? Does it also put that little bell on that post?
NEVERMIND........ I finally found the "watch" button.... sorry it took me awhile, but I'm just not good at reading.
