A couple of old friends we have have a Buick GS455 with the Stage 1 engine, underrated at 400 HP or so but probably good for the advertised 500 FP or so torque. I do believe that counts. I think it was Jonathan Winters who put it as horsepower is how fast you are going when you hit the wall, and torque is how much of the wall you take with ya! :)
