Yea my favorites are the 63 split window, the 67 427 and the 69 350/350 4 speeds .A buddy of mine has a 69 350/C.I.D. 350 H.P 4 speed that I've cut a few hot laps on at V,I.R. MAN WHAT A road race car!!!!.

Not a Chevy guy, but my son in law talked me into buying his corvette so he could put the money down on a house. He hoped to buy it back in time. Not! No longer a son in law.

It was a 74 with a 350 and a 4 spd. Arrest me red of course. I drove it for fifteen years and finally sold it a few years ago.

My brother has a heavily breathed on supercharged 05.
Way too much power for the street. Tracks won't let him run it because it's too fast without having a roll cage. 900 hp.

My version of the same thing:

'63 coupe (split window) with a '67 front clip. 427 bored to 460, 1050 cfm Holly. Polished and printed. 2 inch headers dumped into 4 inch side exhausts. 12 quart doghouse/scavenger wet sump oil system. Mild race cam to keep torque curve flat. Dyno'd @ 650 bhp @ 7,000 rpm. 2 1/2" chrome/moly roll cage, 5 point harness system. Goodyear racing tires, steel rims.

Campaigned in SCCA road racing in KS, OK, TX, MO & CO until 1985, then sold to a vintage racer from western Canada. I understand it still shows up at vintage races from time to time.
