That guy gets a A+ in Dumbass every time he writes something.
With the number of ppl injured/killed and the amount of time it took the shooter could have used a couple Single Sixes and had the same effect. Now, if someone who was there had a CCP and also had a gun it could have ended much quicker with a lot less carnage.

Maybe this guy could explain what a "high-capacity ammunition magazine" is?
I've never heard of "high-capacity ammunition" let alone a magazine that accepts it. I looked all over Ruger's web site, but this must be some kind of secret that they removed from the site in response to the shooting.
Apparently, high-capacity ammunition is some sort of special ammo used to murder civilians. Shame on Ruger for making a gun specifically designed to murder people!

I wish this were true, but it isn't. Today's gun industry innovates mostly to comply with laws written by the incredibly knowledgeable legislators from California.
The simple fact is that Josh Sugarmann has a phobia of guns, and wants to take away people's constitutional rights by wearing away at public support of guns.
Josh's agenda has no effect on evil men. His agenda only effects good law abiding citizens.
Josh doesn't care because The Holy House of Progressivism has decreed that it's only begotten son, The Government, is All Good, and will take care of the Needs of the people. Since that is the case, the people will only serve to get in the way of The Government if they have the power to defend themselves. Furthermore, corporations which empower the people are Truely Evil because they are only making it harder for The Government to bestow it's benevolence upon the people.
What is worse is that corporations are making Evil Profit while doing so! The Holy House of Progressivism has decreed that all resources are property of The Government and Evil Profit moves resources into the hands of the people, which they then squander upon such things as Private Retirement Accounts and Housing. This is an even further Evil since it takes resources away from The Government who needs these resources IMMEDIATELY to pay for Government Pensions, Government Bailouts, and other Works of Faith and Miracles.

He is no doubt genuinely dismayed that we don't see his reasoning that the evil SR9s and all other firearms owned by decent, tax-paying citizens who finance the government give aways should be melted down and sold for scrap to finance - you guessed it, more government give aways to people expect something for nothing.
