Hey Karl, good to hear from you. I watched til 2145, when I got kicked out of a sports bar and it was 5-0. I get home 45 minutes later and the score was 13-12. Darn I missed the best part! I was rooting for the Astros WooHoo!

Best World Series in many years. Its been a Long time since the two best teams in baseball played.

As usual, the Dodgers choked. They just got a little further along the line this time. They blew a two to nothing game lead, par for the course with these guys. I'm beginning to understand why NY called them bums.

However, I know a couple of normally avid Dodger fans who were rooting for the Astros just cuz they'd never won a World Series before. Karl, problem with the Rangers this year was with the new house project, you and Judy probably couldn't get to as many games this year as usual, so they were missing a little of their loyal support. Hope you can remedy that next season!

I normally consider baseball to be on a par with watching paint dry.
The Series this year was a significant improvement.

Kinda glad I was rooting for the Astros. They won and Karl returns. Great day all around.

The Astros and Rangers are both in the American League so unless there is a realignment they will never play each other in the world series.

The Dodgers should have brought Sandy Koufax out of the stands to start Game 7. Even at 81 years old he'd have pitched better than Darvish.

Congrats to the Astros. The Dodgers made it really interesting.
Not unexpected, the Dodgers chocked again.
People accused me of being a bandwagon Astros fan due to my enthusiastic rooting for them during the World Series. I assure you that that is not the case. I am not an Astros fan as much as I am a Dodger hater. My team is the San Francisco Giants, therefore I will always root for whoever is playing against L.A. If the opposing team consisted of Russians, Iraqis and North Koreans I still could not and would not root for the Dodgers.
