Production figures are not released by Ruger. SOMETIMES,,,, we do get data from a distributor about special runs to where we have a pretty good idea as to how many are made.
Condition is also paramount. If it's an uncommon or rarer model,, condition become extremely important to a collector. A NIB gun or a slightly worn one,, or a well used shooter all have different levels of value. Pictures can help us decide. And,, what you may think is an "excellent" condition gun may actually grade as a "used shooter" to another person. Proper grading is also necessary.
Having the complete package, (box, & all paperwork etc,) for the them makes a difference.
