Suppressor Without A Suppressor?

I don't know; you'd have to ask CCI. The Q LR's run 692 fps out of my 23.5" CZ 452.

I guess my point being, how can they advertise a muzzle velocity without knowing the length of barrel. CCI standard velocity will shoot subsonic from 4" barrels, as will many others.

s4s4u, you could make the same claim about any ammo, no matter the caliber, that claims a FPS. It's never going to be exact.

As a minimum they should advertise XXX velocity from an XX length test barrel.

rcs9250 - let us know what the sprays are. Anything to make the baffles easier to clean is a big plus when talking about .22 suppressors.
The two sprays are “silicone dry spray” and “sil-glyde”.
Sil-glyde is a spray used on automotive brakes I’m told.
I clean my baffles and tube with KG1 Carbon Remover. But have also used Hoppe’s overnight. Hoppe’s is cheaper than KG1 considering you use about 8oz or so to soak the baffles. The tube on my suppressor (since it utilizes K baffles) stays pretty clean so I generally don’t need to soak it overnight, YMMV.
The photo shows the procedure that the YT video explained. I searched for the YT video but was unsuccessful.
I use plastic and metal dental type tools to clean all nooks and crannies to 100% clean all items. My suppressor is a Aviator 2 which I believe is no longer sold and is a “rimfire only” suppressor.
I’ll answer any questions I can. The process definitely makes cleaning easier and shorter with respect to time. I typically clean after about 100 to 150 rounds. Can most likely go longer but I’m retired and just tinker with things like that.
