This after noon we went to the Cleveland Clinic for my wife. We got the best news hoped for (not good but best hoped for) Praise God. My wife started talking about supplements. The doc said that random test had been made of various supplements and they were either or a combination of Rice Flour, asparagus (go figure) or house plants. Just passing it along. I guess if you take supplements make sure its from a quality supplier.

I don’t take any thing the doc doesn’t recommend. Which is B-12, fish oil, iron and CoQ10
Along with the other 20 medicines I have to take too.
Most supplement are majorly fillers anyway, and I think few of them do any good

I take natural supplements for any condition I have. I also avoid gluten (wheat, oats, barley etc), fried foods. Look into Ancestral Supplements to see if they have anything that may help. I have had great results with their products for myself and my dog.

I think that was the docs point'

But, of course.
I appreciate your skepticism. But I think I am more skeptical of mass produce flood the market supplement than the Doc, maybe i should have stated that he said he was not against supplements (stated he takes MCT Oil) and used to take Bilberry before he saw this report. Sounded to me like some of the supplements are good but the market is full of cheap (for a reason) product.

Statistically speaking, doctors kill more people than all guns combined.

Doctors only know what they are taught. Doctors typically get less than 20 hours of "education" about nutrition and the benefits of various herbs and "natural" supplements. A doctor told me I had less than a 5% chance of survival if I took their path of treatment for my lung cancer. I healed it myself using a variety of alternative treatments. I have zero trust in "doctors"!

Ah, yes; "a quality supplier".
I quit work at a poorly run suppliments manufacturer the day i tried to find disodium phosphate in the warehaus, and was told use the trisodium phosphate. I went back to work for a security outfit who had (twice) r.i.f'd me during The Gummint Shutdowns.

You found a cure for cancer?:unsure:

Are you going to share with the world? Myself and a few others can sure use it......
There are quite a few natural "cures'. Just like the pharma alternative they do not work for everyone. However they also do less harm.

Johanna Budwig. Search the internet, you will be enlightened.
So I did and I'm far from enlightened......amused maybe.....all this time all we had to do was eat flax seed and cottage cheese and there would be no cancer.....

To me, it's hocus pocus voodoo stuff. But that's my mind....others minds are different and respond well to placebos.

They say the mind is a powerful thing......I'm still working on bending a spoon with extreme mind waves. One day....

I think the #1 way to avoid cancer is to eat as little processed food as possible, but that's just my opinion.
WE have a friend who beat breast cancer, she says a but a diet with no sugar, wheat, corn or mushrooms. No processed meats. Bread is made from almond flour. Not sure if that is what worked but I believe refined sugar is poison (I do dabble in it though).

It is much more than that. It is an entire diet and lifestyle protocol. There are thousands just like me that know the truth. You can choose to ignore it at your own risk.

This is the problem with current medicine. The cancer "industry" doesn't care about your health, it only cares about your money.
My wife went to a pulmonologist, for sarcoidosis, they did one test then they saw she had GIS* and ordered several more
*Good Insurance Syndrome.
And she didn't have it at all.

Unfortunately, this has less to do with GIS and more to do with how quickly everyone is to sue for medical malpractice. If the first test did not confirm the diagnosis, then the other tests "prove" they did everything they could to make sure she was healthy, lest she has something they should have caught, but didn't.

Been that way for a long time

Is there a name for that cult? Is there a certain type head of lettuce you all pray to?

If it works for you and that's your sense of truth that's great. I'm good, I'm sticking with my steaks, burgers, bourbon and beer and enjoying life how I want.
