Super Blackhawk Question

I saw a Super blackhawk today in the pawn shop.

It is stainless, 4 5/8" barrel, with an unfluted cylinder and round trigger guard grip. I never saw one with an unfluted cylinder and the round trigger guard before. Is it factory or a put together?

Real grips! How refreshing! I would think that Ruger would be embarrassed to sell a pistol with those cheese-graters. One can only IMAGINE how they must feel under recoil!
Nice looking revolver but a tad too short for my preference. 5 1/2" would work for me.

They make that too; KS-45N. Also in blue.

The 4 5/8" and 5 1/2" barrelled Supers have standard sized Blackhawk grip frames.

I shot more 44 Spls thru mine than 44 Mags. Just as accurate. But now I shoot my Flat top 44 Spl mid-frame and 357 OM mid-frame converted to 44 Spl.

And the blued versions have steel grip frames. Obviously the stainless examples have stainless grip frames.

I was back in the pawn shop a couple of days ago and a guy walks in and saw the gun and looked it over. He bought it. He got a good tight gun.
I do not care for the short barrel myself, although I have a 4 5/8" in a Vaquero.

They are sweet looking. Ruger makes money on me every time I look at one. With the big bores and short handles it is a recipe danger Will Robinson. I would be on the phone to Brownells for a Hunter GF so it would not flip-ity-flop into Santa Cruz County and frighten someone.

WHAT IS REALLY COOL, is the 5 1/2" SUPER BLACKHAWK as it has a fluted cylinder. Mine shoots beautifully.

the gun im looking for a is a stainless blackhawk in .45/.45acp in a 5 1/2 barrel on anything but the old style smaller frame with an unfluted cylinder. How could you do it the easiest?
