Hey All,
I was cruising for ammo today, and what did I spy?
A Super Blackhawk in stainless, with an unfluted cylinder and 3.75" barrel!
It was used, but truly looks barely fired....not a mark on it, or ANY fouling on front of cylinder/forcing cone.

Had to buy it, cost me 475.
I cannot pick it up for a couple weeks (I live in VT, and the dealer was in NH.....gotta do a transfer to VT FFl, and I am going away for the next couple weeks....), but am wondering if anyone has pics, range reports, etc...?

This thing will go great with my shorty Vaq 44 Spec Sheriff model!!
Post away, if you know anything about these beauties.....
Thanks!!

I have the 4 5/8" SBH and love it. I am in the market for one like yours but with the Bisley grip; however, I can't find one. You didn't happen to get yours in a place in Whitefield? There is a LGS there and he always seems to have a lot of Ruger single actions. I keep meaning to give him a call to see if he has what I am looking for.

I got mine from Cabelas and paid a premium for it sorry to say. It is well worth the extra C Note that I had to fork out to get it as they were/are almost Unobtainium around here.

In spite of the miniscule barrel, this little Super is still a pleasure to shoot, and multiple shooters have decided it is remarkably accurate!

And with the right holster, it's a pleasure to carry, too.

Well, mine isn't a 3-3/4" bbl, and mines blued. But mine is an OM with a 4-5/8" bbl that has been the subject of custom modifications,,,!
Pics of mine in the Gallery!

Sure would like one. Why don't you put some eagle grips on it, buy a few nice holster then sell it to me for good price, ha!! No seriously....:-)

Can't figure out the pics thing on my iPad but I bought mine about a week ago and I love it! Even with full house factory loads it was not too bad. Stout but manageable. Definitely glad I stumbled on it.

I have 2 SBH with the 4 5/8 inch barrels. Both shoot way high. I know the fix, but haven't had the time, tools, or replacement parts. Do the 3. 75 inch guns have the same problem?

My 3.75 inch model was dead on at 15 yards with no sight adjustment.

I own a number of these holsters, both for autos and now for this SA. These holsters are very high riding and keep the handguns very tight and flat against my waist. I continue to recommend these holsters to anyone who's in the market.

Well, Wheelyfun did just what I asked him to and sold me the 3.75" SBH, thought he didn't include any holsters..... well I am borrowing a sourdough pancake from him right now. Its a sweet revolver even with the short barrel is very accurate and recoil is easily manageable, 8.8gr unique under a 240gr SWC are fun as heck to shoot. This gun is definetly a keeper! Thanks Wheely and I'll get you paid off this week.
