Super Bearcat Value

A coworker has a Super Bearcat (early 70's) he is looking to get rid of. He is the original purchaser and the gun is unmodified. Has original box in fair condition and manual. Gun has been fired very little. Only blemishes are a slight mark on the trigger guard and the bluing is thin on the muzzle. I'm in the market for one and want to make him a fair offer.

Just going by your description, $350-$400 would be fair to both parties for a private sale. Online might bring $50 more.
