So I made some cobbler monday for a little KSCCW.com get together we had and it was beyond greatness. I had another bag of peaches and made another one tonight. The strangest peaches I've ever had. They're like apple/pear/peaches. And a couple were a bit green yet. Very odd fruits they are. Anyway, tastes pretty good 
Got tired of the pie crust pasty style and went with this cake like concoction. Very good! But, it's pretty much butter, sugar, sugar and flour. How do you mess that up? Now I just need some lights for my new lightbox I threw together. These are with the P&S with no flash, high ISO and the regular lights in the kitchen.
