Strange dream last night

I rarely dream, but last nite I was awakened by this disturbing dream. What I remember is that I was following a game trail thru the deep woods in a mountainous area carrying my Henry, and had my NMBH in my cowboy rig. Hoping to bag a big deer. All of a sudden I was in the middle of a large crowd in what looked like a big mall. I just stood there, shocked. The crowd was milling around carrying packages and such; nobody seemed to notice me standing there in hunting kit, but nobody bumped into me either. After a short time I took a few steps and boom I was back in the forest. That's when I woke up.

Lots of the land I used to hunt on now has malls , stores and houses on it.

Venison meatloaf, cream peas from our garden picked last fall, corn fritters for supper. Plain ol' country food. Don't think that had anything to do with it.

All my dreams are of prowling around in the dark by myself watching things. I guess that's my payoff for doing just that on the job for 33 years out of 36 except now I don't get paid for it. That has to be some kind of world record.
If you figure 40 hours as a work week I was there longer than I was old when I retired as I always worked a average of 60 to 65 hours a week. A factory night watchman.

You guys put the whammy on me. Hardly ever I can remember what I dream. After reading this thread I went to bed and woke up mad in the middle of the night. I was dreaming of driving a old car in some remote area, came to some type of old convenience store/gas station in the sticks and they treated me shabbly. There was a bulldozer nearby, I jumped on it and plowed the gas station and store over and woke up mad!

I dream every night in color and they are nothing you would consider normal . It doesn't matter if I sleep solidly all night until the next morning or if I wake several times, I always awaken from a dream.

This is easy.

The big crowd represents your inner conscious.

The packages represent gifts.

The mall area is where the UPS store is at.

I hunt the deep woods in mountainous areas.


Or in other words, your inner self is telling you to ship that Henry rifle to me as a gift.

The scariest dreams I've had are the ones where I know that I'm dreaming but I can't wake up. Then I finally wake up in a fright sitting up in bed.
