Start tapping on the side you can see clearly, it will become very apparent that the side that looks small will all the sudden look "right".
When originally finished the gun the roll pin got "finished" into the sight body.
It's one solid pin, and if it's not, then it's not factory. :wink:
Your case; tap the left side to the right side.

Your new sight blade ,,, Install it, I put a small clamp that I have built to keep it from walking out. A little C clamp will work, don't need a ton a preasure just enough to hold it in place. Put a couple thickness of masking tape where the clamp will touch the sight and barrel, act's as a cushion, again just enough will do. Drill part way thru on one side, flip the gun and finish drilling thru the other side, this method takes care of most allignment problems. Go easy, Hopefully a sharp or new drill bit.
