Can I get a stainless Bisley grip frame for a Ruger single six from Ruger or Brownells. I have a project I would like to start. Randy.

Yup! You'll also need the upper grip frame hex head screws as well. get the hammer spring retaining pin and grip locator pin as well. If you have a internal lock model, you'll also be needing the non-lock hammer strut, hammer spring, the strut perch and pin.
You'll get it unfinished so you'll need to fit it to your cylinder frame and do whatever final polishing you desire.

No Stainless Bisley Grip Frames or Stainless Single Single Six Hammers available from Ruger, Brownells, or Midway at this period in time.
I don't think Brownells carries the SS Bisley GF anymore, why I have no idea, might call them, website does not show em.
Midway says they will have them S?SGF Date expected in stock: 7/25/2010 I highly doubt it. :roll:
SS Bisley GF have been next to impossible to find for over a year.
There was one on here last week for sale $175 w/ some extra parts inc. It was a good buy.

One thing the "boys" forgot to mention; there is only ONE size of Bisley grip frame. There is no distinction between the smaller Single-Sixes and the "centerfires".
So, do some homework and get your part numbers figured out because the Bisley Single-Sixes utilize shorter hammers and pawls when compared to the Blackhawk "Bisley" series of parts.

A Bisley grip frame without it's matching Bisley Hammer would be a mistake.
It would look horrible.......
