Being left handed, there apparently aren't any options other than crappy nylon for a range holster for the sr40c. Fobus and blackhawk make right handed polymer holsters but not left. I have a supertuck for carry and really like it, but I would really like to find somethng like a fobus paddle. The leather holsters are so expensive and the one I did get from ruger that was supposed to be for a sr40 is soo tight and the front sight gouges like crazy it is unusable. Sorry for the rant. Just looking for more options. Thanks

did you get the mitch rosen holster? if you did it will require a little bit of break in, but after that its an awesome holster.

So far every sr9 holster I've tried works on the 40 as well. Try kirkpatrickleather, they custom make the holster, it's a bit of a wait but the craftsmanship and price are great. Also tommy Theis makes a holster like a crossbreed, but with better service and pricing.

Yes, I have the mitch rosen holster. I guess I just have to give it more time to break in because it is really tight. Fobus cs told me I needed a HK2 for a sr40 but they only make that in right hand. I know there are some good leather makers. I though if I had a plastic holster for a beater but maybe I should just stick with the leather ones. Thanks for the replies.
